Yes show the way they are to promote this buy out. The "independent" directors have a lot, a lot to answer to on this one.

I have a NO vote filled in and unless Lundin Oil can show me good, very good reason to accept this bid ie future value in the Lundin Oil share to compensate it will be a big NO. I do not hold too much hope for the "rabbit out of the bag" trick though.

As to the potential of Libya. Loadings of African Crude are taking market share from exporters to Asia and in the case of Indonesian Minas a big market share. Libya with some of the best crude in the market has huge potential. Without the early RSO investors this would be for naught as far as Lundin Oil is concerned.
