I should have said "unprofessionalism within the workforce." Clearly not everybody should be painted with the "unprofessional" brush, and I don't doubt there are a lot of good folks at Microsoft. Still, when you've got that many people involved, you need some checks and balances to guard against "bad stuff happening." JMHO.
