Allan, 40% ownership of GLP by GSTRF sounds about right. The 25% figure you recall is quite old. From the 10-K405: "At December 31, 1999, GTL owned approximately 36.6% of Globalstar's outstanding ordinary partnership interests and 100% of the outstanding 8% convertible redeemable preferred partnership interests ("8% RPPIs") and 100% of the outstanding 9% convertible redeemable preferred partnership interests ("9% RPPIs") of Globalstar, and its sole business is acting as a general partner in Globalstar." And after that 8M shares of GSTRF were sold, proceeds of which were used to buy Partnership Interests, so I think 40% is right.
