I am not in the least irritated by your posts. I was only trying to say how one's perspective changes because he/she has already owned the stock and now loves/hates it because it did/didn't go up.

Yes, the issues you brought up are relevant. However, I don't know to what extent the focus on the management is because of the stock's poor showing. The only thing that is clear to me here is that this is a classic case of a product transition, and even if all the other things remain the same, the stock is eventually bound to do well. If one bought it after this glitch, the appreciation would be spectacular, and if it was bought at $20-$25 levels, even then the performance would be above-average, provided the stock is held for the next 3-5 years.

And btw, the friend I referred to in my previous posting (the guy who is now just tired of IDTI) is still a very good friend of mine! I understand his reaction and acknowledge that it is only human. If I were in his position, I would perhaps have felt just like him.
