I agree with your examination of this deal. As i have been lurking the last few months much progressive price activity on lower priced stocks has dried up due to lack of liquidity (ie lower or no volume) and the withdrawl of marketmakers. An announcement of this magnitude is just what the company needed. I suspect Mr. Carraway will have some additional surprizes with which to salve the concerns of many a shareholder at the meeting coming up. Volume now is what will drive this company up, as long as company fundamentals remain in line.
