At these prices, I am thinking of accumulating a reasonable position in TMCS. Still, when panic strikes, one slips into the realm of unpredictability. Downtrends, especially those connected with margin sales, can gain surprising ferocity. A stock plunging toward all-time lows is a dangerous thing to play with near-term. The moves are often counter-intuitive, which is connected with the fact that the majority of short-term traders must lose.
Being an investor, however, things are different. Based on my future outlook for TMCS, I could be a confident buyer around this time in spite of the market weakness and short-term uncertainty.
I think the waters will calm a bit over the weekend, and the buyers will come back on Monday. Even if they don't, the next three to five years are headed for the blue ocean of paradise for shareholders in this company.
Good luck, and hang in there,
