Bullsky - at least dip your toe into small caps

One "safety valve" I allways use is to park some cash in safely bottomed non marginable E&P's when I want to trim back margin, or holdings - today RRC TMAR CRK ROIL RGO, or a little HOFF UFAB FGH , maybe some more PGO - it really looks cheap & mid $14's is hell frozen over imho (VBG).

... stick to your guns, but firing off a few rounds, never hurts ~
