Re: I can't see how you can manipulate a stock for 6 or 7 days which has an underlaying uptrend this strong Bert, This is the exact question I posed to the people claiming this would happen. I've always heard of this theory, but it doesn't make sense to me. Say we only do 3,000,000 shares at average of $70, that's $210,000,000 per day the next 6 days. Even if someone had the money to drive the price down, would it be worth it? Wouldn't you waste more money shorting the stock to drive it down than just taking your lumps in the options? chic
