Vikas:

I've held this stock for 3 years, in at $21, I've seen: $6; $90; and now $40's.

The whole time this issue of VRSN has come up, usually when it's going down...for some reason this question fades away when it's going up? I will say this about your question: if a company can sell a stock to finance its operations, that means to me that they know how to buy stocks low, and sell high. VRSN was a spinoff of RSA, the way I look at it is "you got it, flaunt it" they can do it.

Not only is this 800# gorilla in the right spot industry-wise, but they also have competence fiscally. You might ask, "why didn't you sell at $90"? Well, in hindsight I could have taken some off the table. Had I known the market in general would be cut in half, that would have worked.

By the way, that's THE ONLY reason RSA is down.

Hope this helps,

John
