Boy oh Boy. Bought some more at 92 today thinking we had gone as low as we were going to. Gee, I got fooled. As far as the info from the docket - I looks like posturing relating to depositions. Filing motions to compel Eli's dep and the dep of Dr. Hsai (anyone know who he is?). Both motions were denied and the deps are to take place on 4/20. Mike
