George, I don't want to seem rude, but I don't think that SI is a advertising forum to recruit capital for an investment enterprise.

Your description of this "new technology" is rather fuzzy, with a few catchy phrases. It sounds so easy to build out a broadband network on paper, with instant results. Thats what a lot of people at the telco where I work were expecting when we started out on our full service broadband network build 4 years ago. Reality sure is humbling. There's been a lot of progress, but its still the first inning. Anybody who puts up cash for start-ups like you describe better have investment horizons that measure in decades, not months.
