I suppose most of you read CMP's Techweb, and may have seen in there investor's section called Mavens they have a recap of today's activity and they mentioned HLIT. I'd say it's pretty widely read and good for share price. See the following excerpt; Cable got back in the news with the TCI capital expenditure program announcement. CapEx will expand starting the third quarter of 1997 with a focus on expanding cable network upgrades. Fiber Optic equipment providers should benefit with names like Harmonic Lightwave (HLIT), a name I have mentioned in the past, and ANTEC being primary beneficiaries. The actual article was about many companies, so I only took the part about HLIT. What about Antec. Does anybody follow them? They've been beaten down pretty hard also, but are very dependant on TCI. This news would be much more important to them perhaps than HLIT. Great day to own stocks. Lots of people seem to be bulls again. Hope they're right. Mark
