Mike,

"Long term, short term" it all depends on your perspective.

Remember this, this is an "old" bull market. During the nascent stages of the bull, you can pretty much buy at any level and the "rising tide will raise all boats".

Also remember this, those who bought the NAZ prior to the 30% drop have got to get 60% gains just to get back to EVEN.

That's quite a move by anyone's calculation.

I am not at all convinced that the bear hasn't taken up residency for awhile. But I'm not telling people to sell their positions, just cautioning that the "new" new thing is that it seems valuations DO matter and if the rules have changed, the prudent investor will consider the new play book......
