Yes, your are correct when you say, " I perceived it to be hype and GG of the Berkshires."

Perhaps my tongue in cheek reply to Ray was inconsiderate to others here. But I didn't think that it needed to be spelled out, since Ray's message was quite clear.

In retrospect you are right, especially in deference to folks who have not followed the growing list of issues and distractions surrounding the fate of TERN's standing in the cable standards (DOCSIS) area, and ultimately its stock price.
