Diversinet Announces Change To Executive Management Team
TORONTO, CANADA--Diversinet Corp. (NASDAQ Small Cap: DVNT, CDN:
DVNT), a leading wireless e-commerce infrastructure security
software company, today announced that Chief Financial Officer
Ralph Philipps is leaving the company, effective May 5, 2000. Mr.
Phillips has accepted a senior financial position at another
company.
"For the past two years, Ralph Philipps has played an important
role in making Diversinet a leader in wireless security and for
that, we are thankful," said Nagy Moustafa, Diversinet's President
and CEO. "While we regret that Ralph is departing our company, we
look forward to working with him in the next few weeks as we
search for his replacement. Ralph will be missed at Diversinet,
and we wish him success in his new venture."
Suzanne Wilson, Diversinet's Controller since March, 1999 will
assist with the transition to a new Chief Financial Officer.
