Hi Wayne! I know what you mean about being busy. I have 7 programming projects lined up with very short deadlines ;( CVIA 1999 10KSB is available: freeedgar.com Not too bad! From 1998 to 1999 cash went from 600 to 799,000. Assets wen from 500,000 to 2,500,000. Revenue went from 0 to 400,000! EPS went from (.30) to (.04). Considering many of their projects haven't really taken off yet, I think this is a good filing. Mike
