Betty,

I'm not going to debate you about what the phrases, long- and short-term, mean. But I will clarify this: my way of thinking long-term includes riding out the bear markets you appear to want to avoid. No where in the manual does it suggest the idea of selling shares in anticipation of a bear market or trying to time the market.

The discussion of tactics to employ in the eventuality of a bear market is not within the scope of Gorilla Gaming. That's my only point, but not an unimportant one.
