Does SDNK's director, William V. Campbell, who served as
President and Chief Executive Officer from 1991 to 1993 of GO Corporation, a pen-based computing software company have a business relationship with Handspring?

Handspring WILL be a major player in the PDA/Cell Phone internet appliance market. The Visor appears to use a re-keyed PCMCIA card connector.

I hope that SNDK requires Handspring to define in its IPO Prospectus any possible patent infringement problems or royalty requirements.

And I hope SNDK is first to market with a second source Springboard Flash Memory Adapter card.
