Hey TLC,

I just got a new charts and graphs software package but it isn't working right. Maybe one of you can tell me what I've done wrong. I installed it per the instructions on the package, and got no errors, but the output is obviously in error.

The package is named "Stocks Never Go Down Technical Analysis Software V1.01a, Charts and Graphs Deluxe For The Recreational Investor". The salesman demonstrated it for me. The charts and graphs were very pretty, in a green ink (and a dab of red here and there to indicate peaks and valleys) and showed numbers across the top and bottom and sides, and included something called a "200 day moving average", which was a pretty blue line that starts in the lower left corner of the graph and runs to the upper right. The green (and red) line runs above that.

Well, on my version everything comes out in red ink, and the stoopid chart is upside down. The stoopid red line runs below the 200 day line (which is still blue) and the green ink doesn't show at all. I replaced the ink cartridge in my printer, but that didn't help.

I think the chart is upside down as well. If you hold it upside down, then everything looks normal running from the lower left to the upper right, but the ink is still red, and the then the blue line is in the wrong corner.

Has anyone ever seen this problem before? I called a young analyst at my broker's office, and he said he's never seen anything like this in his life. Then I heard a scream, a *splat* sound, and the phone went dead. Oh, well...

Help anyone?
