Effective immediately, the margins for the Nasdaq 100 are
set at $60,000
initial, $45,000 maintenance and for the E-Mini Nasdaq 100
at $12,000
initial and $9,000 maintenance.

ADDITIONALLY, WE ARE NOW REQUIRING THAT ANY CUSTOMER
INITIATING A POSITION
IN ANY STOCK INDEX CONTRACT HAVE FULL MARGIN EXCESS IN THE
ACCOUNT AT THE
TIME OF THE TRADE IS INITIATED, EVEN (ESPECIALLY) INTRA-DAY.

While we recognize that this is an extreme position, we feel
that the
volatility of the markets warrants these measures for the
protection of
customers, affiliates, and the firm.
