Frank, thank you for your prediction on Iomega's Q2 announcement day results. It was well thought out and I appreciate that.

I think you may be incorrect about the company not adding capacity. They have to be ramping-up on the Jaz. Iomega has to be very vigorous in their ramp-up at this point in their game plan. The company management has been extremely good and they aren't about to screw-up on things they can predict and do something about. I do wonder, though, whether they've solved all the Jaz production problems.

The stock dilution was inevitable. Iomega had to get the money somehow and the dilution was allowed by the stockholders at the last meeting - I know as I voted for it. Not all advances can go to the stockholder. The company must grow.
