Sounds like a GREAT deal! In this era of irrational exuberance, it would appear that RTIN has done a great job of acquiring what it can afford, without going into debt, and, in fact, getting more than what they put in, percentage wise. I think this was worth the wait. The next few weeks should be very interesting.
