I wasn't just focusing on one aspect of ecommerce and extrapolating out from there. This was just an example of how ancillary activities to ecommerce could in fact be inflationary in a very old fashioned sense. Also, I recently ordered two books from ebay. It took two weeks from the time I ordered until they were delivered. I found this most unsatisfactory and will not be in a hurry to do business there again. I can walk to my neighborhood bookstore, make my purchase and walk home in about 30 minutes. Tom
