May 5 Investor Guru on Select Capital Advisors

The stuff you refer to is on other Select Capital Advisors financings. Their involvement with several junior resource companies has been questioned by several regulators lately. Select financed Q.CLPZF Colossal Resources months ago and some suggest have been a major factor in its sell-off recently. This may have been at least part of the reason why the VSE did not allow STS to accept their financing offer. It's just strange that after all the financing deals Select have done last year, that the VSE chose Select's STS financing to finally say "no deal". This seems even more strange considering that the VSE, as far as we know, have not even charged Select with anything. Maybe Select's involvement wasn't the preferred choice for STS shareholders, but surely it couldn't have been worse than what has happened as a result of the VSE not allowing it to go through.

My Comment The VSE has a responsibility in these matters and should look carefully at these financings. Its too bad we got caught in these dealings.
