Jim, it seems to me that the golden shells just might be sparkling a bit more now - companies that now might be hesitating to do an IPO due to increases caused by rise in interest rates as well as inherent cost - we might see more reverse merger candidates - just a thought. Also after the withering winds of this past summer, I promised myself to never allow downs in the market to affect my enjoyment of life again. After all, I still have food on the table and am grateful to be alive. I have been blessed with good health, much more important than anything money could ever give me. Wish you and everyone here the same. Hope your back is better now - you haven't mentioned it lately. Linda
