I'm not anywhere close to looking at Microsoft yet. Too many true believers out there. My neighbor told me a week ago he would buy more the lower it went because "how can you lose money on Microsoft?". This is a guy who bought the stock for the first time last summer at 90 or so. When he gets scared, I'll look. He's also convinced he's safe in Cisco, Home Depot and AOL. Right companies, wrong price by a factor of about 2 in my view. He was still pretty happy to "have the opportunity to buy these stocks at ridiculous prices" when I talked to him last weekend. Haven't seen much of him since then. I agree with him on one thing. The prices were ridiculous.
