Thanks, Ed. I did not see the IBD article - if anyone has the link... I think Bullseye over on the LHSPF thread had some interesting speculation on this move, too. I bought LHSPF after the KURZ deal was announced, because of their existing and projected profits, their MSFT connection, and their optimism expressed in the synergies with KURZ. Zack's projects 40% profit growth and $1.00 profits next year, so it still looks like a "buy" to me! Bob
