Gary, you make a very interesting point that I had not considered. Many successful startups have been started by talented people who left the major companies. If they cannot attract venture capital, they will be more likely to stay. In my opinion, the IPO market will really suffer. Sycamore (SCMR) is trading at 1/4 of its peak value. When talented people stay in place, the majors benefit.
