I want to draw your attention to CLMT which is another computer
services company and very small cap. After reporting their latest
in-line quarter the stock got blasted. Analysts lowered their next
quarter's estimates (last of '97) from .20 to .l7. The company
said that SGA is going up because of intensified recruiting to pre-
pare for additional business. Significantly, analysts did not lower
their 6/98 estimates which remain at .91 and no one lowered their
rating on the stock. Now trading at less than 20x 6/98 estimates
the company is expected to grow 50% peryear (according to analysts).
It has rallied from 13 1/2 to 17 1/2 but I think it is still cheap.
I spoke to the company's CFO and he said they have more business than
they can handle and that is why they have to staff up so much.

Glad you had some rens and ptek.
