Andre: I think as long as you stay in the green then life's a beautiful thing. And longer term I think TKLC will do fine. One only need look at the industry segment it represents. However, from a general market/economic standpoint....well.....yesterdays firestorm just shifted, imho, some important fundamentals into the negative category. It'll be some time before this changes, me thinks, so the loooong term view is a necessary predisposition to all investing.
For an interesting contrarian read you might try SI's columnist William Fleckstein.

I've often read his column with a certain amount of bemusement, but even so the data he exposes bears some thought. For instance, the global economy is calculated to be at something like $30 Trillion dollars; and of this amount $18 Trillion of it is represented by the U.S.A.. In essence, the U.S.A. IS the global economy. Soooo, should we now be witnessing a domestic economic tailspin what does this imply for the globe, eh?
As I've said before.....whooosh!!
Regards!
