I would like to see in NTCS a share buyback at these low prices. Assuming there is the cash they could reduce the float relatively cheaply at these prices. I'm going to watch which companies do just that after this correction bottoms. I really can't see the NASDAQ dropping more than 500 more points at the worse without buying returning. Guess we'll see!
