My picks for the long term at this point are, in my order of preference:
1) Nortel
2) Tibco
3) Cisco
4) Qualcomm

All have been hit pretty hard so far. I think all might be good entry points for those who haven't bought in early. By July this rout will be a thing of the past and we'll see the old highs again. Almost every year for the last 4 years, I've seen this happen to some extent in October and April. I don't know why these are the magic months, but it has just worked out that way. Conversely, the new highs have always been around January-March and July.

So hang in there everyone (except all you lousy daytraders who cause all the volatility in the first place)!
