CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 2000--Grey Wolf Exploration Inc. (TSE:GWX. - news) today announced the resignations of Mr. Don Engle, President and Mr. Roger Bruton, Executive Vice President, in their capacity as officers and directors of the Company.
Their executive responsibilities will be assumed by Mr. Bob Watson, Chairman & CEO, Mr. Jim Wilson, Senior Vice President & CFO, and Mr. Vince Tkachyk, Vice President, Operations.
The Company wishes to thank Mr. Engle and Mr. Bruton, both founders of Grey Wolf, for their positive contributions in building the Company to its present stature.
