I understand your point, but, under the laws of Cuba, all children belong to the Cuban government. Of course, who do you complain to if the Cuban government abuses your children? It is an absolute fact that children have been abused and molested by the Cuban government.

Pity poor Elian if he is forced to return, and suffers a similar fate in Cuba.
