Danny,

I was told distinctly by 2 sources on SI that Paradyne is part of
ATT still (not LU) and that they are trying to sell them just as
they are selling their finance division. Is this scenario true or
does LU realy contain Paradyne. If so I would have some interest in
owning LU since a sale or spin-off of Paradyne could mean I MAY end
up with Paradyne shares. Can anyone unravel this mystery ?
