How do you make an agreement on January 1, that knows about something a lawyer is going to do February 17?
How about this ZSUN. How about you drop your frivolous, anti 1st Amendment lawsuit against myself and my fellow truth speaking defendents. Then put me on the dole for say $100k/year, plus 100k restricted shares of stock. You could make it a 100 year restriction on the stock, I wouldn't care, but you must frame and double matte the certificate for me to hang on the wall as a constant source of amusement. In addition to this, I will require that once per week, a tout of my choice will shine my shoes, no wait i'm wearing flip flops, make that, clip my toenails. In exchange for this phat compensation package I will perform the invaluable service of "continuity consultant" to reduce the number of silly mistakes that are made.
