Anyone have/seen a "no-brainer" buy the dip list of must own Tech stocks ?

Also any biotech - telecomm names ? I'd like to start researching in case we see something really drastic.

Back in the october '98 crash I bought Cisco, Lucent,Aol, PMCS,VTSS a few others - and sold them all way too soon.

Here is a confession that will make you sick; In March 1998 I came into a lump sum of money and entered trading online for the first time and bought ALL internet stocks as this looked to be the start of something big. I listened to everyone around me tell me that it was just a "mania" etc (they had not even really moved yet) - I dumped a sizeable portfolio of ALL iNet stocks of Yahoo, CMGI, AOL and 3-4 other iNet stocks to go 100% to the Oilpatch & some Old economy stocks - made a nice quick pop in the patch through May - then fought the June-August Oil swoon - while the iNet portfolio turned into 10-20 baggers from those levels.

I still have my statements from holding those stock for only a month - I would not have to work today; if I had held that portfolio.

I wouldn't mind adding some tech to my longterm hold portfolio here.

Looking for names of dominant niche plays like Cisco, JDSU, WCOM etc - anyone have any candidates ? Price Targets ?
