I saw the news last night and heard from several friends who had to be in the brokerage house yesterday after the market. Obviously, many people have to make deposits to cover their margin accounts. My real surprise is that just as many are opening new accounts and add funds to their Rothe IRA. Margin deposits, new account, and IRA suggest the market will stabilize and money are parked waiting for an entry point. We may have reached the near term bottom.
