Yaacov, In the US there is about 2-3 trillion dollars on the sideline that is ready to come back to the market. Also 401K and IRA funds are getting added as people complete taxes. Some people here think Friday sell-off was related to novice investors needing cash for taxes and margin. But the margin calls are at the tail end when core holdings like MSFT, CSCO, INTC go down. That normally signals end of a correction and beginning of a upswing.
