Ken, well said. I don't mind going back to reading 10ks. OUCH!!! Although I lightened up on a lot of positions, I didn't expect the ENTIRE market to take a hit. I think it all comes down to a BIG hands downs on Paper and Lumber stocks taking over market leadership. <g> This is a good time to review and plan ahead. There's certainly some good buys in the market now, but confidence has to return. I like that there's some gaps in the NAZ above now, as you pointed out, but there's huge problems that need to be worked out before the market can be considered repaired. I am not sure how the financing schemes based on inflated share prices will play out. Take a look at the Seagate deal, which we we recently discussing, for example. Margin calls will also continue to be a problem. Sergio
