IMO the timing was perfect. There is some very disappointing news in that release, most notably that they had to sidetrack this next Oakvale Dome well. You want to put bad news out on a Friday. The shocker for me was that the convertible preferred got repriced down to C$.12. I was not aware of this provision. This is devastating additional dilution to us shareholders and makes it very unlikely that the stock price will rise above C$.12 for quite awhile. It is my own fault I suppose, for not studying the terms of the notes very carefully, as disclosed in the company's regulatory filings. Right now this company has a sour taste in my mouth and I am lowering my opinion on them to "hold". At this point I hope they aren't able to come up with any financing on 9/30 and the company goes under, so I can take my worthless security loss and be done with it.
