Go to the "blue chip" techs

They will be the first victims to get out of the hospital: Qualcomm, Cisco, Oracle, Intel, Sun Microsystems. I firmly believe they are the "blue chips." Then there is a second level of arguable "blue chips: JDS Uniphase, and Network Appliance. I wouldn't go near Microsoft in a crisis time like this.
