Some will always be duds. I make no guarantees. Elaine Gazarelli yesterday said that you can just about throw darts at the small caps at this point and make money. Some of these are good short term trading stocks, some are more long term investment oriented. You should be able to tell the difference from the charts. The more speculative stocks may have spikes, but, they are speculative. Hope this helps.
