meph, great to hear from you. wrote you a long letter a couple of months ago on your old coffe-grounds site - guess you didn't get it. the hi desert remains the place my heart most desires. have been retired 3.5 yrs now and not bored yet. still putting up stone buildings and still have the mules, but i don't ride much anymore. was a great idea, but we have a lot of great ideas when we have a lot of time on our hands, and not all of them are quite what we expected. got into all cash 2 days before the "big" drop, and put 40% back in on fri. at pretty good prices. got out of all my bios 45% up ytd and am into nok, idti, adi, altr, atml, cit, cmb, glw, sbc, hd, klac, nvls, one and, of course, sunw. may drop another 20% in mon am if we are down good. looking for fundamentals again. oh, well. don |
