That'd be a really neat trick.

I'm not aware of any way that it'd be possible to do what you're talking about. And I'm a pretty sharp code-jockey.

where the PC is located can be captured, then either recorded and/or broadcast
LIVE on the WWW...or both...without the targeted PC's user's knowledge.


Not on this planet, it can't.

Please get expert guidance on these Urban Legend-like suspicions before continuing to present them as facts. These kinds of things can easily spook people who aren't experts or don't know experts who will steer them straight.
