I agree, Jens. I see nothing in the filing that would give me much hope. There has been a lot of "business" going on that was not disclosed to investors. Failed mergers, selling parts of the comapny for a loss or just to avoid potential future loss. I was excited on the recent run but realized recently that it was a momentum pump and dump.
