AMEX option quotes seem to have come back to reality this past week. executions seem to be ok. volatility really spiked up there on Wed after the first hour or so.

I bot to close some calls Wed morning near the opening and that afternoon, w/ the stock 4pts lower (on a $100+ stock), the calls I bot back was only 0.25 lower than where I covered... talking about volatility expanding!

then on Thurs, I sold some naked puts in the morning and later that afternoon (and even Fri) w/ the stock 2-3 pts lower, I could have closed my puts at even.

weird stuff.
