Having said that folks - I would ensure the NR is legit and if you do not see it on the wire by 9:00 am I would call the company. I got burned on a phony NR - only cost me $300 and even CSW picked it up as the perpetrators faxed it to CSW calimng some UK company was buying out ERNL at 2x the current share price - ERNL never heard of the company. A $300 lesson - IF it looks too good double check another newswire or call the company. There was a NYSE company shipping a new chip before Intel got it to market - A 1 gig chip - well the company had the same symbol as a VSE company and of couse CSW got it linked to the VSE company - The shares doubl3ed and had to be halted beefore the mess was cleared up - Fortunatekly I had CNBC on and knew it was the NYSE company and posted it on the daytrading boards. Cheers - Looks like this one is likely legit
