What is the best way to interpret this data?

Hi Sam, I am in the freshmen class so I am not qualify to interpret. But my thoughts are; for the big players, margin debt comes with the territory coz they are in the business of facilitating (& manipulations). For the retailers(& some hedge funds), margins are almost purely used for short-term speculations.

So most of the margined speculative retailers are in the most speculative stocks.
