Hi t2 - heehee, you are trying to cheer us up, right :)? NT is not god that can defy gravity, y'know. With TSE and S&P taking a dive, just the amount of volume coming out of the index funds without readily available buyers absorbing it can be a headache . Also, while I think there are people like you and me think along the line you have outlined, there are also a lot of people wanting to secure profits. While I ve been buying stocks in the last two days [silly me!] in hindsight maybe I was too hasty in light of the market condition. If you are in for the long term, this is a good price. Is there a better price? It is also a possibility. best, Bosco
